THE INTERNATIONAL
CRIMINAL TRIBUNAL FOR
SITTING as Trial Chamber III composed of Judge Dennis C. M. Byron, Presiding, pursuant to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
RECALLING the agreements reached at the Status Conference held on 4 and 6 May 2005, both parties having indicated that they will be ready for the Prosecution Case in two sessions, the first session from 28 September to 19 October 2005, and the second starting on 9 January 2006;
THE CHAMBER, HEREBY ORDERS
I. The Defence shall file any Preliminary Motion before
II. Pursuant to Rule 66(A)(ii), the Prosecutor shall file
all redacted Witnesses Statements before
III. The Prosecutor to disclose the unredacted Witnesses Statements twenty-one days before the Session during which the Witnesses will be heard;
IV. The Prosecutor shall file the Pre-Trial Brief before
V. The Prosecutor shall file any Expert Report before
VI. Pursuant to Rule 68 and subject to compliance with
any protective measure for witness and victim, the Prosecutor shall disclose
all criminal records of his detained witnesses, before
VII. The Languages Services Section shall prioritise all the documents filed by the parties and urgently translate the Pre-Trial Brief and the Expert Report which will be filed by the Prosecutor in accordance with Orders III and IV above;
VIII. The parties to be present at the Pre-Trial Conference

IX. The Registrar to undertake all necessary measures for the implementation of this Scheduling Order.
